Why this field?
It was a crucial and essential question that everyone in ADECO family thought about after investing in our farms capabilities to produce high-quality herbs and spices. How are we going to use such high-quality products to go beyond the normal scope of being farmers and producers of herbs? Can these products satisfy our company ambition to contribute to healthier lifestyles and nature becomes again the main contributor to the components for different products that normal people use on daily basis? Can we expand our slogan beside Healthy from Nature to be Healthy from Nature for Everyone regardless of their living standards? The answer for all those questions was crystalized into translating such high-quality output to be organic. The word organic transformed ADECO’s vision to be more sophisticated and becoming very selective for each and every single step in our farming and production processes. Organic products opened the field for us to accomplish and demonstrate on real grounds that the years spent on caring about farms were the best investment decision that we took. We are building on this for our company’s future to better improve. We found that working in the organic products field meets our ambition for development and progress. We deserve to work in that field because we are capable of that.
What's our vision?
To accelerate the global worldwide orientation towards a healthier and safer life that will positively impact the human being standards and conditions of living. This will be accomplished through expanding our capabilities to spread our products across more parts of the world. Achieving this will be based on three main axes:
1- Investing to increase our farms areas
2- Coping with the latest farming and production technologies
3- Adhering to quality control procedures in our journey without any negligence in imposing them.
What is the culture of the company?
ADECO is a family-based company for more than 20 years. It has developed important traditions. Our inherited business traditions have always been representing our business main motivators which include commitment, transparency, ownership, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
