Products Quality
As products quality is ADECO’s main concern, we believe that modern analytical techniques for the analysis of our herbal products are crucially essential for global acceptance and customer satisfaction. Based on this concept, the following procedures are implemented: we are controlling the full process starting from cultivation, passing through manufacturing, packing, and exporting within our farms and manufacturing facilities. Each of the aforementioned single stage is monitored and supervised by our quality control team according to the international quality standards. Our manufacturing facilities that are responsible for our farms raw material preparation and packing are using the latest machinery & technology of Cumbria Heid and Soltex for the highest industry standards assurance.
Quality Control
We integrate innovative quality control technology in everything we do! All of these processes are inspected and monitored by The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of Egypt.
1. Environment
A healthy soil promotes healthy crops! Our sustainable agriculture approach seeks to utilize natural resources, and conserve critical resources for agricultural productivity and internal cycling of key plant nutrients. Taking care of the soil through implementing lifecycle approach so that it maintains its integrity as a complex and highly structured entity composed of mineral particles, organic matter, air, and water.
2. Inspection
- A quality control manager visits our farms on a regular basis along with his team to make samples’ analysis. This is through spreading the crops into thin layers and sorting the foreign matters into groups either by visual inspection or using a magnifying glass. This is to make sure that the raw materials are free from visible signs of contamination by molds or insects and other animals’ contamination. This helps us detect any abnormal odor or discoloration and any slime or signs of deterioration.
- Sensory inspections are conducted through microscopic examinations in certified labs (Egyptian QCAP laboratory) to detect adulterants and contaminants of the herbal products preparations and this provides means for assessing the authenticity and quality of herbal products.
3. Sanitation and Hygiene
Quality and safety go hand-in-hand.
- All our employees receive adequate training in applying our standard hygiene.
- Through our whole process, employees wear protective clothing such as suitable gloves, caps, masks, work suits, and shoes to protect them from any potentially harmful allergic plant materials.
